Additionally, after starting into my second year of law school, I found that my courses were different, they have different rules and in some ways are framed differently.
Although we still use IRAC in our writing, the elements are set up differently and it is not all one set format, if you will. I called up Barperfect (www.barperfect.com) and was put on the right back on track! You know it only took me a couple of essays with them to work out the bad habits I had developed on my own over the last year and a half, after having passed the Baby Bar exam with them, and I was right back on track.
